Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $50.25/hr

What You'll Do

• Provide dialysis treatments to patients using Braun machines
• Access fistulas and dialysis catheters with critical thinking and independence
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical needs
• Collaborate with charge nurses and support staff on a multidisciplinary team
• Travel between multiple facilities within the area
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech Expanse EMR
• Maintain safety and infection control standards during treatments

What You Need

• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
• Minimum 1 year inpatient dialysis experience (2 years if first-time traveler)
• Critical thinking skills with ability to work autonomously
• Experience with Braun dialysis machines and water machine functionality

• Certification as CDC or CNN
• Experience in critical care environments
• Strong verbal and problem-solving skills

About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading facility in Shreveport, LA, offering specialized dialysis care across multiple units. You will support patients undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, floating between facilities as needed, and contributing to a collaborative team focused on high-quality patient outcomes.
