Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its practice in New Albany, Indiana. The attorney will manage motor vehicle accident cases, including trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. Duties Handle day-to-day management of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Indiana. Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Indiana. Skills Strong litigation and trial preparation skills. Effective communication and client management abilities.
