Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers you the chance to work closely with a diverse group of children and collaborate with educators and families as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist. With a manageable caseload of 55 students, you'll have the ability to focus on each child’s progress and celebrate growth every step of the way.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates considered
• Valid state license (or ability to obtain) for practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings welcomed
• Knowledge of school-based IEP processes and therapy documentation
• Passion for working collaboratively with students, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and consultative services to a K-12 student population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Maintain detailed and timely records of student progress and service delivery
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social success
• Provide training or in-class support as needed
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive therapy environment
