Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector

A growing and innovative aesthetic practice in Largo, MD is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, delivering natural-looking outcomes, and building long-term relationships with patients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cosmetic injectables, strong consultation skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The practice also offers training on advanced aesthetic technologies, including the Neogen device and body contouring treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including:
• Botox
• Dysport
• Xeomin
• Dermal Fillers
• Facial balancing procedures
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Meet with prospective and returning patients to assess goals, discuss treatment options, and provide recommendations.
• Build strong patient relationships that promote loyalty, retention, and referrals.
• Educate patients on skincare, aesthetic procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
• Perform and/or assist with advanced aesthetic services and technologies.
• Participate in training and implementation of Neogen treatments.
• Receive training and perform body contouring procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
• Adhere to safety protocols, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the aesthetic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Previous hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectables required.
• Strong expertise in neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Excellent consultation, patient education, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage patient appointments.
• Passion for aesthetics and achieving natural-looking results.
• Strong patient retention and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and treatment modalities.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• Sculptra
• Radiesse
• PRF/PRP treatments
• Experience with laser-based aesthetic procedures.
• Body contouring experience.
• Existing clientele or active social media presence.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-Time preferred; Part-Time candidates may be considered.
• Practice operates 7 days per week.
• Providers should be available to work a flexible schedule.
• Candidates should be available 5 days per week to:
• Conduct consultations.
• Meet with prospective patients.
• Provide aesthetic treatments.
• Support the growing demand for aesthetic services.
