Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to:

• Ad angles, hooks, and offers (not just overseeing)
• Funnel builds (landing pages, PDP optimization, bundles)
• Email/SMS strategy and flows

Identify and execute high-impact revenue levers:

• AOV increases
• Conversion rate improvements
• LTV expansion
• Test rapidly and iterate based on real performance data (not theory)
• Own the relationship. Be each client's primary strategic contact: weekly calls, same-business-day responsiveness, and a no-surprises communication standard.
• Quarterback the growth strategy. Maintain a living growth plan per account — ad angles and offers, funnel and PDP priorities, email/SMS strategy — and direct specialists against it.
• Drive the revenue levers. Identify and prioritize AOV, conversion rate, and LTV opportunities from real performance data, and turn them into briefs the team can execute fast.
• Defend and report the numbers. Send weekly recaps that tie spend to outcomes, lead the results conversation, and own the narrative when performance dips.
• Grow the book. Surface and close expansion opportunities — added channels, increased scope, new initiatives — across your accounts every quarter.
• Protect retention. Spot at-risk signals early, run save plans with your Account Director, and secure renewals on schedule.



What Success Looks Like

• Retention: zero relationship-attributable churn across your book; renewals secured on schedule.
• Communication discipline: same-business-day client responses, weekly calls held, weekly recaps on time ≥95%.
• Account performance: a current growth plan on every account, with shared accountability alongside media buying for each client's agreed targets.
• By day 90 (end of probation): independently owning the full 7–10 account book.

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable):

Personally scaled at least one (ideally multiple) Shopify DTC brand from $0 to $100K+/month in revenue

Direct ownership of strategy and execution (not just managing a team or reporting)

Direct experience working inside an agency setting

Deep understanding of full funnel growth :

• Paid acquisition (Meta primarily)
• Email/SMS (Klaviyo or similar)
• On-site conversion optimization (PDP, bundles, upsells, AOV)

Able to clearly break down:

• What you tested
• What worked/didn’t
• How they scaled profitably (not just revenue)
