Leave Of Absence Specialist

Description

We are seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist to support employees through the leave management process. This role serves as a key point of contact for team members requesting medical, family, personal, and other types of leave while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and administer employee leave of absence requests. Communicate with employees, managers, and third-party vendors regarding leave status and documentation requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information. Track leave timelines, approvals, and return-to-work processes. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the leave process. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Office applications to manage cases and correspondence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
