Role

Associate Director, Commercial AI and Advanced Analytics, responsible for developing and operationalizing advanced marketing measurement and decision intelligence models across BMS brands and therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end development of Marketing Mix models, causal analyses, and optimization techniques to guide brand planning, investment, and performance evaluation.
• The role requires translating complex modeling outputs into actionable insights for marketing, brand, omnichannel, and finance teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Key tasks involve designing scalable MMx pipelines using Bayesian and other advanced methods, supporting continuous insights delivery through agentic and always-on analytics, and maintaining compliance with data privacy and AI governance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pharma commercial analytics with expertise in marketing mix modeling, causal inference, and advanced ML techniques, supported by an advanced degree in a quantitative field.

Technical skills

• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), and experience with large datasets, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.

• Focus on pharma data types (claims, specialty pharmacy, digital engagement), supporting brand performance, with the role operating in a highly regulated environment.
