Director, Commercial Data Innovation & Strategy

Lead commercial data strategy and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance pharmaceutical commercial performance, customer engagement, and field effectiveness.
Responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Life Sciences, or related
- 10+ years' experience in pharma/biotech commercial operations, with proven success in data governance, CRM, and leveraging insights for performance improvement
- experience with pharmaceutical data assets and stakeholder influence
Preferred skills
advanced degree (MBA), experience in product launches/market expansion, familiarity with AI and omnichannel engagement tools, and expertise with platforms like Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and data ecosystems.
