Head of Commercial Excellence leading operational governance within Summit Therapeutics' oncology division, supporting multiple Phase 3 clinical studies in NSCLC and CRC.
Responsibilities
- oversee incentive compensation, territory design, CRM configuration, targeting and segmentation, KPI standards, and cross-functional collaboration to enable field execution and compliance.
Qualifications
- bachelor's degree required;
- 10+ years in life sciences, with 5+ years in pharma/biotech commercial operations, especially in oncology;
- launch experience essential.

- deep knowledge of Veeva CRM, incentive compensation platforms (e.g., Xactly), and strong cross-team collaboration.
