Available on call within 30 minutes as per Colorado trauma guidelines. Perform procedures consistent with general orthopedic surgery scope. Collaborate with hospital team for patient management and trauma care. Document patient care using Epic EMR system. Respond to urgent cases and support trauma team when called. Maintain high standards of patient safety and care in a fast-paced environment. What You Need: Active Colorado medical license Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Prior experience with trauma and urgent care procedures Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Experience with trauma Level III centers Procedural skills including complex fracture management About the Assignment: This position involves coverage at a prestigious facility in Pueblo, CO, supporting emergency trauma cases and urgent orthopedic consultations.
