Location: Pueblo, CO 400 West 16th Street

Start Date: 06/20/2026

End Date/Duration: Permanent position

Shift: 24-hour shifts, 7-8 per month

Hours/Week: Based on shift schedule

Employment Type: Full-Time

License/Certs: Medical license in Colorado required

Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to a competitive annual salary in the $324,000$360,000 range)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive in-house obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, and gynecologic consultations
• Manage emergent gynecologic surgical cases
• Collaborate with Level II-B NICU team for newborn care
• Work alongside experienced CNMs and supported by OB/GYN backup coverage
• Utilize Epic EMR to ensure seamless patient documentation and coordination
• Engage in a team-based, patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality obstetric care

What You Need:

• Medical license in Colorado
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts as scheduled
