High school graduate or GED equivalent. Able to pass a medical exam and drug test. Licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report). Physically fit – able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders. Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors. Construction or electrical experience is a huge plus! Responsibilities Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects. Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top‑tier installations. Handling and installing lightning protection cables. Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
