Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and therapies, interpret clinical data, and respond to changes in condition.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; adjust with collaboration from the medical team.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Document care accurately in patient records; maintain patient safety, comfort, and infection control practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California or eligibility for licensure by endorsement.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts in an ICU/high-acuity setting.
- ICU or high-acuity unit experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
