This includes appropriate meals, between meal nourishments, and special formulas required by each individual patient.Essential Functions:Provides nutrition assessment of patientsProvides diet counseling to patients which includes education, discharge information, tracking, menu selection, etc.Assesses patient calorie counts, % of food consumed by patient, conducts meal round, diet restriction monitoring, etc.Maintains pertinent recordsRequired for All Jobs:Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsDoes this position require Patient Care (indirect/direct)?
