Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our expanding team. As a CHHA with Stand Out Home Care, you will provide direct care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Follow the individualized care plan developed by a licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass background checks and health screening (PPD, physical, etc.)
