Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our expanding team. As a CHHA with Stand Out Home Care, you will provide direct care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the agency
- Follow the individualized care plan developed by a licensed nurse
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass background checks and health screening (PPD, physical, etc.)
