Growth Marketing Manager

About the role We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the pipeline for our B2B SaaS platform serving accounting firms. You'll build awareness, turn it into qualified meetings, and sharpen every stage of the funnel from first touch to closed deal. You'll work side by side with our product and customer marketing manager: they own launch messaging and surface our best customer stories, and you turn those stories into campaigns that fill the pipeline across channels. Our customers' success is our success, and this role exists to tell that story well — then measure what it moves. What you'll do You'll own our demand engine from campaign plan to pipeline report, across webinars, email and nurture, paid and third-party media, social, web and SEO, events, and ABM. A week in the life might include: Turning customer stories from our product and customer marketing manager into case studies, newsletter features, and rounds of social posts Running our monthly webinar program, from promotion and registration pages to dry runs and on-demand follow-up Driving registrations, awareness, and follow-up for our events, in partnership with our events marketing manager Repurposing every webinar and event into a full set of assets (blog recap, video cuts, social posts, and a sales one-pager) Building nurture tracks and campaigns in HubSpot, and tightening the handoff to sales Launching ABM plays in Influ2 against our target account list Placing paid and third-party media that drives registrations for webinars and gated assets, then moving budget toward what converts Scheduling Aiwyn's social content to highlight customer voices, product updates, and thought leadership Writing launch landing page copy from the launch brief Supporting the alliance and association function alongside the director of marketing and events marketing Meeting with sales on pipeline, meeting volume, and conversion rates Building the monthly performance report and the dashboard behind it Jumping into Canva to create email banners, social graphics, and customer spotlight assets How you'll make an impact: You'll own targets that matter: lead generation, pipeline sourced and influenced, funnel conversion, and campaign ROI. We'll be clear about the goals and just as invested in helping you reach them. What we're looking for You bring 4+ years of growth or full-stack marketing experience in B2B SaaS, and you move fluidly between strategy and execution: setting the plan one hour, building the campaign the next. You know marketing automation platforms well (HubSpot preferred), you set up and optimize campaigns yourself, and you let the data tell you where to invest time and budget. Strong writing is essential. You'll craft email sequences, customer newsletters, landing page copy, case studies, and campaign messaging that lands with back-office buyers. You know which moment in a customer story makes a buyer lean in, and you have the creativity to bring that moment to life across channels. You believe the best products and the best marketing are built alongside customers. Startup experience is a strong plus. You'll test quickly, iterate on results, and stay two steps ahead of what's coming next. Requirements 4+ years of growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing experience in B2B SaaS with demonstrated content creation skills Proven ability to create compelling customer stories, blog posts, guides, case studies, newsletters, email campaigns, or similar content Experience marketing to back-office buyers such as finance, operations, legal, or procurement Experience with common marketing tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, WordPress, LinkedIn Ads, and Canva (ABM platforms like Influ2 are a plus) Experience running a webinar or event program that produced pipeline Hands-on experience with paid and third-party media tied to a clear conversion goal preferred Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report on pipeline, conversion, and campaign ROI Understanding of the full funnel from awareness to opportunity creation Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills AI tools are part of how you work every day, and you can walk us through your workflow Startup experience preferred, but not required What to expect We're a small, high-performing team, and it shows in how we work: the pace is quick, priorities shift as we learn what's working, and everyone contributes beyond their lane.
