Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Order & Logistics Management: Coordinate the scheduling, shipping, receiving, and movement of equipment, materials, or products between vendors, warehouses, and customer sites.
• Project & Workflow Tracking: Maintain status trackers, project schedules, and operational documentation to ensure tight customer deadlines are met across teams.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise between customer service representatives, distribution associates, warehouse management, and outside vendors/contractors to resolve distribution bottlenecks.
• Administrative & System Support: Manage order entries, track invoices/purchase requisitions, update internal systems/ERPs, and generate operational performance reports.
• Process & Inventory Oversight: Assist with daily operational workflow analysis, monitoring inventory levels, and managing vendor/equipment service requests
• Experience: 2-4+ years of professional experience in operations support, logistics, supply chain, or high-volume administrative coordination.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort learning specialized ERP or inventory/project management software.
• Industry Familiarity (Plus): Prior background in manufacturing, warehouse operations, distribution, or material handling equipment is highly preferred.
