They monitor and respond to customer inquiries. They track, trace, enter, and update shipments.Real time audits of stop data being input by delivery teams and reporting exceptionsMonitoring progress of delivery teams and communicating potential issues with time windowsReceiving inbound calls from delivery teams reporting issuesCommunicating all potential delivery issues to the appropriate internal and external customersPrinting, organizing, and processing paperwork associated with the delivery processUsing additional resources to resolve issues that may prevent deliveryAssisting with warehouse duties and handling freight with a pallet jack when neededPrimary Customer Experience ResponsibilitiesResolving issues with delivery teams, external customers, and internal customersCommunicating, in real time, the essential details regarding an issue via phone, text, and emailCreating a positive, professional, and friendly environmentCommunicating with Vendor Owners and their Contracted Workers regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Skills/CompetenciesExcellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skillsTechnological aptitude using the internet and online toolsAbility to multitaskExcellent organizational skills with emphasis on detailCompany BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401k + Company MatchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffFlexible Work Schedules (when possible)And more!Pay Range$20.00 - 22.00 per hourScheduleMonday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm; ability to work weekends as needed.The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
