The position involves working in both intensive care and stepdown units, with floating between the two likely. Patient ratios are 1-2 for ICU and 3-4 for stepdown. Candidates must have a robust background in neuro nursing. Please ensure that the candidate profile includes a complete work history. There should be no gaps greater than 60 days in employment history. A skills checklist, relevant references, and certification card must be provided. Nursys license verification is also required.
