You will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership while ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio.Responsibilities include:Managing all aspects of property operations across approximately 700,000 SFBuilding strong relationships with tenants and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retentionPreparing and managing annual operating budgets, forecasts, and variance reportingOverseeing vendor contracts, service providers, and maintenance programsManaging capital improvement projects and property enhancementsConducting regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with company standardsReviewing lease requirements and coordinating tenant move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing requestsPartnering with accounting and leasing teams to drive portfolio performance and maximize NOIWhat You'll Need to Succeed5+ years of commercial property management experienceExperience managing office, retail, or mixed-use commercial portfoliosStrong financial acumen with experience preparing budgets, forecasting, and CAM reconciliationsExcellent tenant relations and customer service skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of building operations, vendor management, and capital projectsExperience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management platforms preferredCPM, RPA, or other industry certifications are considered a plus xhyhwjd What You'll Get in ReturnCompetitive base salary of $120,000 - $140,000Annual performance-based bonusComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time off and company holidaysProfessional development and certification supportOpportunity to oversee a substantial, high-profile commercial portfolioLong-term career progression with a respected real estate organizationWhat You Need to Do NowIf you're an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to take ownership of a significant office and retail portfolio within one of the Pacific Northwest's most desirable commercial markets, we'd love to hear from you.
