EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO ABOUT HILTON MECHANICAL Hilton Mechanical Contractors is a growing commercial mechanical contractor serving data center, industrial, and commercial clients across the Southeast. We run a field workforce of roughly 90+ tradespeople and pride ourselves on paying our people accurately and on time — every week, without exception. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and priorities — nothing slips Travel with CEO to job sites and meetings as needed Own inbound communications; draft outbound to near-finished quality Coordinate across ops, finance, field, and HR without friction Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings Track action items across projects and make sure they get done Interface with clients, subcontractors, and counsel on CEO's behalf Handle sensitive matters with total discretion, zero drama Make judgment calls and take action when the CEO is not reachable Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Composure under pressure — the kind that's never in question Exceptional written and verbal communication, every time Master multitasker who prioritizes ruthlessly and executes flawlessly Detail-oriented to a degree most people would call excessive 5+ years executive support (construction/trades a strong plus) Judgment sharp enough to act without being asked every time Loyalty and discretion that don't need to be reinforced Reads people and situations before they announce themselves Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or project tools a bonus COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience) Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid Time Off: PTO policy to maintain work-life balance Bonus Potential: Performance-based bonus structure Professional Development: Opportunities for growth and advancement Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan with company sponsorship Hilton Mechanical Contractors, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
