Manager, Social Media and Community

This role owns one of Skinfix's most important consumer touchpoints — our organic social channels — and is responsible for the strategy and execution that brings those channels to life. The Manager will set the content calendar strategy, build genuine community engagement, and act as one of the recognizable faces of Skinfix on camera — all in service of building awareness and trust. This is a role for someone who is excited to be entrepreneurial and learn fast. You'll set the strategy, but you'll also be in the weeds testing new formats, reading what the data and the comments section are telling you, and iterating. You'll bring a point of view on what's working and what to kill, and keep yourself accountable to your own strategy month over month. Key Responsibilities Set social calendar strategy and content pillars, ensuring alignment with launches, campaigns, and brand priorities. Identify and test new content trends and formats on a regular cadence. Track social and community performance; compile and deliver monthly performance reports. Translate learnings into actionable optimizations for content, engagement, and gifting/community strategy. Content Creation Own the day-to-day social calendar and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Brief and create content in partnership with Creative, Product Development, and Influencer teams. Develop new educational formats/programming with Creative, Brand, and expert partners to strengthen Skinfix's authority and credibility. Serve as one of the on-camera faces of Skinfix in organic content — comfortable speaking to camera for trends, education, and product storytelling. Create ads/UGC-style content as needed for commercial and media use. Community Own day-to-day engagement and moderation across Skinfix's social channels, ensuring the community feels heard, valued, and connected to the brand. Build and manage a pre-seeding and gifting program, prioritizing recipients who can generate authentic before-and-after content and real consumer feedback that supports social proof and product marketing. Identify new creators to partner with for organic content. What You'll Need A genuine point of view! Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Confidence on camera Creativity Experience building or managing an influencer/gifting or pre-seeding program.
