What You'll Provide exceptional service to members through accurate and professional transaction processin Open new accounts and assist members with account maintenance request Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, and other teller transaction Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through credit union products and service Meet or exceed referral and sales goals for consumer and business relationship Participate in branch calling efforts and regularly contact prospect Build community and professional relationships that support the credit unio Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and procedure Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulation Process incoming and outgoing cash shipments accuratel Complete assigned reports and operational duties accurately and on tim Track and maintain accurate sales activity record Handle member account maintenance requests and statement reconciliation concern Escalate member issues to management when appropriat Recommend process improvements that enhance the member experienc e.
