Pay: $25 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday (school or afterschool hours depending on placement) Locations: Multiple sites across California
About the Role
We are hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral, social, and academic needs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want hands-on experience in behavior support or education.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support
Implement behavior strategies under supervisor guidance
Support students during classroom or afterschool activities
Assist with social-emotional skill building
Collect simple data on student progress
Maintain a safe, positive environment
Qualifications
Experience working with children preferred
Interest in behavior support, ABA, psychology, or education
Reliable, patient, and compassionate
Strong communication and teamwork skills
RBT certification is a plus but not required

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
