After School Instructional Aide | Up to $22/hr | Vista, CA
Part-time afternoons | Weekly pay | Monday to Friday | No nights or weekends
The After School Instructional Aide role is a great fit for candidates interested in roles like After School Aide, Instructional Assistant, Teacher Aide, or Paraprofessional positions.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with after-school instruction and enrichment activities
- Support students one-on-one or in small groups with academics and behavior
- Help implement IEPs and 504 Plans as directed
- Supervise students during transitions, meals, and outdoor play
- Maintain a safe, positive, and organized learning environment
What You’ll Need
- 48 college units completed, or an associate degree or higher is required
- Interest in working with school-aged children
- Experience with children is helpful but not required
- BLS certification preferred
- Dependability and ability to follow routines
