Reporting to the Engineering Manager, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes. This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production. Responsibilities Order and Data entry Answer customer calls, emails, letters, faxes, etc. Assist distributors, dealers and end users with machine troubleshooting Assist distributors, dealers and end users with parts questions/concerns Support office staff on various projects Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Mechanical or engineering experience required. This will be a very hands on role as product translate from design to manufacturing. SAP/ERP experience preferred but not required. Creo/CAD experience preferred but not required. Experience in Microsoft Office products preferred.
