Product Manager Graduate (Sales and Operations Management Platform) - 2027 StartLocation: San JoseEmployment Type: RegularJob Code: A119097AResponsibilities- Build products that support the end-to-end incentive lifecycle, including policy configuration, enrollment, execution, settlement, and reporting.- Analyze complex business workflows and identify opportunities to improve automation, usability, and operational efficiency.- Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and drive product execution from concept to launch.- Leverage AI technologies, including LLMs and workflow automation, to improve policy understanding, issue diagnosis, and operational productivity.- Use data to identify customer pain points, measure product impact, and prioritize product investments.- Partner with global stakeholders across North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM to deliver scalable platform capabilities.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.- Comfortable working with data and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.- Passion for building products that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.- Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.Job InformationFor Pay TransparencyCompensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122574 - $184000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
