Pharmacy & Clinical Fairfax, VA Full time Posted 2 months ago Pharmacist focused on sterile preparations in a USP / environment — overseeing aseptic processing, final verification, and cleanroom compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify sterile compounded preparations (CSPs) under aseptic conditions Oversee cleanroom operations, garbing, and aseptic technique Maintain environmental monitoring, media-fill, and competency records Assign and verify beyond-use dating for sterile preparations Ensure hazardous drug handling compliance under USP Supervise and verify the work of sterile compounding technicians Requirements Active pharmacist license (Virginia, or eligible for Virginia licensure) Minimum 2+ years of sterile compounding experience required Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique and USP / Experience with environmental monitoring and cleanroom quality assurance Preferred BCSCP or equivalent certification Qualification: Active pharmacist license (Virginia, or eligible for Virginia licensure) Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique and USP / Experience with environmental monitoring and cleanroom quality assurance BCSCP or equivalent certification (Preferred) Hazardous drug program experience (Preferred) Department: Pharmacy & Clinical Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sterile compounding experience required Stay informed about new roles, company news, and career growth opportunities.
