Remote Director of AI-Driven Sales Enablement
Ethos Life
Ethos Life is seeking a Director of Sales Development & Training to architect the development system for insurance sales agents. The role partners with Sales and Product to craft training, coaching, and script strategy across direct-to-consumer sales verticals.
You will lead AI-powered enablement, agent performance insights, and structured testing to continually improve scripts and outcomes, shaping how the sales org grows. Remote US role with US-wide scope.
