Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our small, passionate team to help grow our e-commerce business. This position will be responsible for supporting the Operations team in all elements of the business: factory relations, supply chain logistics, retail onboarding, international distributors’ onboarding and management, project management, LA-based office coordination/management. Together, we will help build and support company foundations, all aimed towards supporting and educating our greater community on our brand, nutrition, and health + wellness.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and write Purchase Orders for worldwide inventory, under the guidance of company leadership Be aware of and support the supervision of the factory’s mass production schedule, communicating as necessary with international partners and the Beast team Manage inbound container process: review and check custom duties documents, under the supervision of company leadership; input inbound shipments into warehouse management system; ensure container contents are counted into inventory in timely manner at warehouse; communicate and assist in the investigation of inventory discrepancies with the factory and warehouse Assist Retail Operations Manager in onboarding new partners, as well as in the ongoing management of retail relations such as setting up new products Assist Retail Operations Manager and company leadership in onboarding new international partners Communicate daily with international partners and coordinate internally between Beast team, factory, and said partners Ensure all international partners’ orders are moving smoothly in production Work with Finance Team to ensure international partners’ deposits and balances are submitted and paid timely Assist overall team in project management Manage LA-based office needs: coordinate directly with building management; ensure the office is stocked with produce and other filming ingredients, general office supplies, etc.

SKILLS + REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience with relevant operations, ecommerce, or other related role/company. A demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable tasks and projects with measurable results. Ability working on projects with multiple internal stakeholders and collaborators. Experience in platforms such as: Google, Shopify, Amazon, Claude or other AI tool; bonus for warehouse management systems. Comfort with Excel and statistics + analytics to measure results.

Exceptional problem solving skills with practical experience. The ability to clearly articulate complex challenges and solutions.
