Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a bright, ambitious and highly organised Operations Coordinator to join a fast-growing aerospace startup. What we're not looking for is traditional HR. You’ll be at the heart of a cutting-edge engineering team, keeping things running smoothly with direct access to C-Suite, engineering leadership, and some of the brightest minds in the industry. What you’ll be doing: Keeping the office and facility running smoothly and creating an elite environment for the team Working closely with engineers to spot and solve bottlenecks before they do Coordinating suppliers, facilities, equipment and office logistics Organising team events, socials and company activities Supporting onboarding and creating a great experience for new starters Supporting administrative and operational tasks across the business What you'll bring: 1+ year of experience in operations, office administration, coordination or a similar role Excellent organisation and attention to detail A proactive “I'll figure it out” attitude Confidence communicating with people at all levels The ability to juggle multiple priorities A genuine interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment, and intellectual curiosity. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to be excited by the mission. Start-up experience is a plus, but not essential . We’re looking for someone curious, energetic and keen to take on responsibility. You won't spend your day ticking boxes. You'll work closely with the whole business, take real ownership and grow with the company .
