Corporate Finance Associate

Direct Counsel represents a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a mid-level Corporate Finance Associate to join its Charlotte or Pittsburgh office.

Locations: Charlotte, NC | Pittsburgh, PA
Experience: 3–5 Years
Compensation: $225,000–$330,000

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with sophisticated finance experience to work on complex lending and private capital transactions while gaining substantial client contact and responsibility.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

• Private equity and private credit transactions
• Commercial lending and mezzanine financing
• Representing lenders and borrowers
• Secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities
• Asset-based lending transactions
• Acquisition financings
• Loan workouts and restructurings (preferred)

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3–5 years of corporate finance experience at a sophisticated law firm
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate effectively within a team
