You will support dentists during treatments, ensure patient comfort, and maintain a safe, organized clinical environment. Title Dental assistant Job Description Assist dentists chairside during general, endodontic, and prosthodontic procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare and maintain the clinical area adhering to aseptic and infection control protocols Take and develop dental X-rays following safety standards Use EMR systems (Curve or Dentrix preferred) for accurate patient documentation and record management Conduct preliminary patient assessments including vital signs and medical histories Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative instructions, and treatment plans Manage dental supplies inventory ensuring timely restocking and maintenance Support clinic operations with scheduling and occasional front desk duties Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental terminology, practices, and pediatric dentistry Salary Range part-time $15 - $20 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
