Our compassion, integrity, accountability, and resilience define us as leaders in pediatric specialty care for our children and their families.With 20+ hospitals, outpatient clinics, ambulatory care centers and outreach locations across the globe, we provide excellent care to children up to age 18 regardless of their family's ability to pay or insurance status.The Respiratory Therapist administers respiratory care and life support to patients with abnormalities and deficiencies of the cardiopulmonary system by prescription and under the supervision of a physician.Key ResponsibilitiesObtains physician's order 100% of the time prior to initiating therapy.Able to appropriately assess all patients before and after therapy is delivered 100% of the time.Sets up all routine therapy modalities according to policy and procedure 100% of the time.Able to set up and monitor all life support equipment according to policy and procedure 100% of the time.Able to set up and perform EKG's on patients in a timely fashion.Able to perform all POCT including controls, proficiencies and documentation. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
