About the Role As an OSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You’ll: Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age. Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community. Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry. Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly. Hours: 7:00am – 9:00am & 2:30pm – 6:00pm, plus weekly admin hours! Monday to Friday only — no weekend work! About You You are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it’s not essential. You will have: Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal but not essential. Completed, working towards or willing to enrol in an ACECQA approved Diploma Level qualification. Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting National Child Safety Training Certificate, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety Certificates.
