Assistant Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Manager ensures the restaurant delivers excellent guest experiences while maintaining operational standards. They manage daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Complete all required training, including development plans and certifications Enhance guest satisfaction through coaching and proper training of team members Plan, delegate, and communicate shift schedules and expectations Lead, motivate, and develop staff to meet quarterly goals Maintain quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards Handle guest and employee concerns professionally and promptly Ensure policies are followed and operational standards are met Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools Promote a positive team culture and safety awareness Qualifications & Skills Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays 1-3 years management experience; restaurant management preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in varied environments and operate restaurant equipment safely Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform related tasks Benefits & Incentives Competitive pay, quarterly bonus potential, paid time off, holidays, training bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including insurance and 401(k). #J-18808-Ljbffr TSP talent
