Position: Machine Operator
Pay: $22.50/hour
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Shift)
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $22.50/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Operate site-specific equipment (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion) to produce quality plastic products
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, or hydraulic issues
- Set up, repair, and perform mold and neck finish changes
- Conduct quality checks and document production logs accurately
- Perform minor repairs on production equipment and assist with start-ups/shutdowns
Qualifications
- Experience with blow molding, injection, or extrusion processes (HDPE, PET) preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and use hand tools
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety guidelines
- Capable of working in heat above 90°ree;F and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Quality control, process efficiency, preventative maintenance
- Computer skills: MS Office, Excel, SAP
