Packaging Machine Operator

Our client, an industry leader in blown film manufacturing, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Machine Operator you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the efficient packaging of finished products and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay Rate: $20.50

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm (2x2x3 schedule)

What's the Job?

• Packaging finished product from multiple extrusion lines following trained procedures

• Performing quality control checks to ensure product standards are maintained

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, handling scrap materials properly

• Operating rewind and winder equipment as required

• Labeling, packing, and shrink wrapping pallets of finished products

What's Needed?

• Warehouse or industrial/production experience required

• Ability to follow safety regulations and GMPs

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Motivated to learn and grow within the company

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually
