Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description

Set up and operate food production machines, including fillers and packaging machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical production issues and make necessary adjustments throughout the production process. Perform general sanitation and changeover lines after production is complete, and conduct quality inspections throughout production, including temperature and consistency checks.

• 1+ years of high-speed or food machine operating experience.
• 1+ years of troubleshooting experience.
• 1+ years of inspection experience.

• Experience as a machine operator, filler, production operator, mixer, or press operator.
• Proficiency in machine operating and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow work orders.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
