Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a Transformation Lead, Artificial Intelligence to own and advance AI-driven test automation across its healthcare and state-program testing engagements. The person designs, builds, and deploys AI systems that generate and accelerate software testing, and drives their adoption within the testing organization — owning the test-data governance and the stakeholder relationships that make AI testing succeed in regulated environments. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: the holder personally architects and delivers the AI testing solutions and serves as the team's AI subject-matter expert.

Role Summary:

The AVP – Infrastructure & Program Delivery will provide overall delivery leadership for the Healthcare Infrastructure engagement, serving as the senior program leader responsible for successful transition, operational readiness, service delivery, governance, and client stakeholder management across multiple infrastructure workstreams.

The role will provide leadership across infrastructure services such as Endpoint Engineering, Service Desk/Field Services, Tools/DEX implementation, infrastructure/facilities readiness, network/connectivity dependencies, security coordination, and related transition activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall Engagement Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of the CLIENT infrastructure program, coordinating the individual towers and ensuring contractual commitments, deliverables, SLAs and milestones are achieved.
• Transition & Operational Readiness: Lead transition governance, readiness reviews, dependencies, RAID management and movement from transition into steady-state operations.
• Client & Executive Governance: Act as a senior interface with CLIENT stakeholders and lead/participate in operational reviews, monthly governance and executive/QBR forums. The Endpoint SOW calls for daily operational standups, weekly operations reviews, monthly service reviews and quarterly executive business reviews
• Cross-Tower Coordination: Ensure Endpoint, Service Desk, Field Services, DEX/tools and related infrastructure dependencies operate as an integrated service rather than individual silos.
• Infrastructure Readiness: Drive coordination around facilities, connectivity, network, VDI, telephony/IVR, endpoint, access and security dependencies.
• Risk & Escalation Management: Own senior-level delivery escalations, proactively identify program risks and dependencies, and establish remediation/mitigation plans.
• Service Performance: Ensure tower leads maintain SLA/KPI performance, operational reporting, documentation, service quality and continuous improvement.
• Commercial & Scope Governance: Maintain awareness of SOW commitments, assumptions, exclusions, resource requirements and change requests, protecting the engagement from unmanaged scope expansion.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Provide direction to Service Delivery Managers, Tower Leads, Project/Transition Managers and technical leads while coordinating with HR, Finance, Facilities, Security and other enabling functions.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive service stabilization, automation, DEX adoption and improvement opportunities after transition.

Preferred Experience

• 15+ years of IT Infrastructure/Managed Services experience, including senior delivery or program leadership.
• Experience leading large, multi-tower infrastructure managed-services engagements .
• Strong background in infrastructure transition and steady-state operations.
• Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, ServiceNow, endpoint management, Intune/SCCM, JAMF, DEX tools, network/connectivity, cloud and security operations.
• Strong client-facing communication, executive governance, escalation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience managing distributed/onshore/nearshore delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of SLAs/KPIs, RAID, change management, service governance and continuous improvement.
