Medical Laboratory Technologist

To support a growing FISH Dry Lab, the remote Clinical Laboratory Technologist - FL Licensed will perform complex laboratory procedures, manage specimen handling, and ensure accurate test analyses while working Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00am-5:30pm. Key responsibilities Performs clinical laboratory tests and exercises independent judgment in the assigned specialty Maintains accurate records of testing, specimen handling, and quality control documentation Analyzes specimens and reports results, following established procedures for critical results communication Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field with laboratory experience 1+ years of experience in high complexity testing preferred ASCP certification for the assigned specialty is required Current state license to perform laboratory testing as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in Florida Experience with specimen preparation and quality control procedures
