Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs, lifestyle, and budget Present and demonstrate BMW vehicles while delivering a premium guest experience Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle technology and performance features Deliver vehicles and review features, paperwork, and warranty information with customers Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects and previous customers Stay informed on incoming inventory, BMW product knowledge, and dealership promotions Work closely with management and other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience Attend dealership and manufacturer training programs and sales meetings Maintain professional communication and appearance at all times Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications & Skills Automotive sales experience is not required Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary Positive attitude with strong communication and people skills Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Professional appearance and strong work ethic Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Candidates from customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, restaurants, insurance, and other relationship‑focused industries often excel in automotive sales.
