Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Marquette, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Marquette, Michigan. This role involves working in a 225-bed specialty care hospital within various units including Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, and more. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. Job Details: Location: Marquette, Michigan Role: RN in Medical/Surgical specialty Shift: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting, ability to work in a stressful environment, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Experience on a medical/surgical unit is preferred. Unit Details: Number of Beds: 225 Patient Ratios: 5:1 to 6:1 Equipment: Telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pump, Bladder scanner, Dynamaps Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner Patient Population: Adult and geriatric (ages 18 125) Additional Information: Float: Occasional float rotation may be required. Dress Code: Scrubs in Galaxy Blue (navy also acceptable). Unacceptable Attire: Excessive jewelry, uncovered tattoos considered offensive, long or dirty fingernails in violation of hygiene policy.
