Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$2448.00/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout each shift. Deliver compassionate, efficient treatment to diverse patient cases while adhering to hospital protocols and standards. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately upon arrival. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient information and clinical activities meticulously within electronic medical records. Monitor patient responses to treatments and escalate concerns to the appropriate medical staff. Maintain a safe, sterile environment and comply with infection control standards. Qualifications: Valid registered nurse (RN) license with current state certification. Minimum of 1 year of emergency room or critical care nursing experience. Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations with strong multitasking capabilities. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
