Job Details:Job Description: The Foundry Central Long Range Planning (LRP) and Strategic Capacity Planning team is at the forefront of Foundry's decision-making and plays a crucial part in shaping Intel's long-term strategies.The high-visibility team frequently engages with senior leadership, including Foundry's CFO, operations executives, and subject matter experts across Intel. This collaboration enables the team to drive and generate Foundry's five-year P&L forecast and NPV valuation, track progress to BOD commitments, and drive initiatives that will improve Foundry's long-term profitability.We Offer:The Opportunity to be at the forefront of improving Intel's long-term profitabilityWork in a fast paced matrixed environment with subject matter experts across Foundry to deliver a long term financial forecast to Foundry ELTPartnership with Sr. Finance Leadership to drive business valueWork with a team of specialists proficient in a broad spectrum of quick-turn analysisBreadth of acumen across Foundry and Intel's businesses and strategic initiativesBroad professional network and partnership with teams across IntelKey responsibilities for the role include:Financial Valuation - generate 5yr P&L financials and NPVs for Front End process nodesInfluence P&L and Cash Flow optimization - identify opportunities and required business changes to improve financial performanceScenario planning - developing what-if scenarios to assess potential impacts of various decisions on the company's financial healthPerformance monitoring - Tracking key financial metrics, identifying trends, and analyzing variances to pinpoint areas for improvementSupporting ad-hoc LRP requests and WIFs critical to business decision making, which may include presenting to Finance leaders and GMsPartnering with FSP (Foundry Strategic Planning) and cross-group finance teams in driving initiatives to improve financial performanceThe successful candidate must demonstrate the following:Robust financial analysis, modeling, and data manipulation skillset, preferably with experience with Power BI / Power QueryExcellent communication skills to effectively engage executive management and drive initiatives to improve financial performance across a broad group of stakeholdersAbility to step back and think strategically about the big picture and long-term goals, identifying and focusing on the highest-impact workProven project management skills, including effective work prioritization under tight timelines, and a great deal of attention to detailOne-Intel team mentality with a demonstrated aptitude for partnering effectively across a broad spectrum of business partners across Finance and OpsExperience with long-term forecasting, capacity planning, or wafer cost is preferredQualifications:You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
