As our Bilingual HR Manager, you will be a vital pillar of this culture—acting as a trusted bridge between leadership and our production teams, fostering an open-door atmosphere, and helping us shape a modern workplace as we evaluate and implement our new HRIS platform. Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: Monday through Friday, 100% On-site Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities HRIS Implementation: Support the active evaluation and upcoming implementation process of a new HRIS software system. Bilingual Interpretation: Assist with verbal interpretation during all HR meetings, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and benefits orientations. Document Translation: Translate safety training materials, company policies, and official announcements accurately into Spanish. Active Conflict Resolution: Go directly to where employees are located to address concerns, handle grievances, and provide on-the-spot resolutions. Recruitment Strategy: Own the hiring process by optimizing digital job posting boards to source, attract, and hire top talent. [1, 2, 3, 4] Safety & Compliance: Partner with the safety team on OSHA compliance and manage workers' compensation claims. Build manager: Capable to provide meaningful feedback, coaching and career growth for team members. Ensure engagement with systems and resources for performance improvement. Improves own skills as defined in development plan. Change Management: Drive change initiatives and effectively manage change through appropriate techniques. Coach leaders on all people and change management initiatives. Foster a positive and workplace culture that reflects the company's values. a positive work environment within function and across the workplace. Lead initiatives with leaders, drives efforts to increase engagement of our team members to ensure Required Skills & Qualifications Languages: Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with high translation accuracy. Industry Experience: 5+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment. Talent Acquisition: Proven experience leveraging digital job boards and online professional networks to find candidates. Self-Motivated: Self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. System Implementation: Previous experience or strong technical aptitude to assist with launching and adopting new HR software. Problem Solving: Strong situational awareness and the ability to handle employee relations issues directly in the work environment.
