Human Resources Generalist/ManagerFayetteville, Arkansas, United States$ 70,000.00 - 80,000.00 (US Dollar)Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to find a Plant Human Resources Generalist/Manager in the Fayetteville, AR area. This is a hands-on HR role where you'll partner closely with plant leadership to build a positive culture, support employees, ensure compliance, and help drive operational success.If you enjoy being visible on the plant floor, solving problems, building relationships, and making an impact across all areas of HR, we'd love to talk with you.What You'll DoServe as the primary HR leader for two plants, supporting employees and management across all HR functions.Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure staffing needs are met.Build strong employee relationships by handling employee relations, conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives.Partner with supervisors on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.Administer payroll through Paycom, including audits, timekeeping, pay changes, and employee inquiries.Manage leave administration, workers' compensation claims, and employee benefits questions.Collaborate with plant leadership and safety teams to promote a safe workplace and assist with incident investigations.Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and training, to identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain accurate employee records and represent HR in interactions with corporate leadership and outside agencies.Occasional same-day travel (approximately once per month) is required.What You'll HaveBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Experience with employee relations, recruiting, compliance, payroll, and performance management.Experience with Paycom or another HRIS/payroll system is preferred.SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus.Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data to drive decisions.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution.Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
