You will own the business management cadence, shape leadership communications, and build the structures that keep the team focused and moving forward. We count on you to connect the dots, surface what matters, and ensure our strategic vision is consistently reinforced.Job responsibilitiesOwn the business management cadence for the Payments Heads of Product, driving weekly and monthly routines, meeting agendas, action logs, and follow-ups to ensure decisions are captured and executed on timeCoordinate planning and reporting across the Product Leadership team, including roadmap alignment and leadership updatesBuild and maintain team collaboration pages as a single source of truth for priorities, deliverables, and team guidesImprove cross-functional coordination across the payments organization to streamline handoffs and reduce last-minute escalationsDrive team culture and engagement by supporting onboarding, standardizing communications, and creating forums that improve collaborationSupport organizational needs including headcount tracking and recruiting coordinationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutionsCollaborate with business managers across the organization to execute strategic initiatives and monitor outcomesCommunicate and influence colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders, with professionalism and clarityHandle confidential information with discretion and sound judgmentRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor's degree required3+ years of experience in strategy, business management, or product managementStrong analytical, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior audiencesKeen attention to detail and strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requestsHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of independencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsTechnical fluency and interest in working closely with product teamsFamiliarity with the payments industry or payments productsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
