Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Strong assessment skills, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluation
• Experience with developing and implementing IEPs
• Expertise in crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support strategies
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
• Previous work with diverse student populations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions to promote student well-being
• Deliver consultative support to teachers and parents regarding interventions and strategies for student success
• Support crisis intervention efforts and provide expertise in social-emotional development
• Contribute to positive school climate efforts and progress monitoring
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold compliance with all applicable regulations
