• Position: Manufacturing Associate I
• Pay Rate: $30.00 – $34.00/hr (plus a 5% shift differential)
• Shift Options Available:
  • Shift A: Sunday – Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (5% differential)
  • Shift B: Wednesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (5% differential)
• Schedule Benefit: Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
• Location: On-Site in Marlborough / Norwood, MA
• Contract Length: 6-Month Temporary Assignment
• Target Start Date: November 9, 2026
• Experience Required: 0–3 years (Fantastic opportunity for entry-level to early-career candidates!)

Responsibilities

• Core Operations: Execute day-to-day production processes using modern disposable technologies, automation, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Quality & Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cGMP guidelines to help maintain top safety and quality standards for advanced mRNA-based therapies.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Quality Assurance (QA) and fellow teammates to monitor operations, complete accurate documentation, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuous Growth: Help investigate procedural deviations and share ideas to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency.
• Safe Working Environment: Maintain high-standard, clean operating spaces following gowning and standard waste handling protocols.
